The Only Question You Should Ask Yourself

The Only Question You Should Ask Yourself

When it comes to your life, your goals, and what you are trying to achieve. Most people only think of how or what they need to achieve it. This can put you in a situation where you are battling with discipline day in and day out.

BUT, there is one question you need to ask yourself that can really paint the picture for what you need to do.

What's going to happen if I don't change?

I will give you an example.

Let’s say you are 50 lbs. overweight, you play video games or watch TV everyday after work, you don’t workout and you eat unhealthy 80% of the week.

What’s going to happen if you don't change these habits?

  • You’ll become even more unhealthy and out on more weight
  • You will start to have more and more health issues earlier in life
  • You’re life-span will be cut short
  • You won't be able to keep up with your kids or your family
  • You're endocrine system will go to hell in a handbasket and your test levels will plummet causing you to be even more lazy
  • The opposite sex won’t be as attracted to you which may become more difficult for you to start a family

The list goes on and on…

Now, if you come to the realization that YOU need to change, and only YOU can do something about it, then we can start to improve your life in all aspects.

What’s going to happen if I do make changes to my life?

  • You'll start cutting weight
  • You'll start putting in more muscle
  • People will respect you more for the hard work and discipline that you put in to all aspects of your life
  • Your endocrine system will be improved resulting in better testosterone levels
  • You'll have more energy to go out and do things with friends and family, or start on a new challenge
  • if/when you have a family you'll be able to keep up with them and have a better life with them
  • You'll live a healthier, happier, longer life

The first step is realizing that there is a problem. Don't expect things to change over night. Change comes from the slow small steps you take over time. You spent years putting yourself into a bad situation, it's going to take time for you to undo those bad habits.

I promise it is worth it. Normally I say the grass is greener where you water it but, this is one of those few instances where the grass truly is greener on the other side.

Take the time to improve your life. You only have one. Why waste it?
